Love this! I bought both butter and spray. Gave my grandson the spray to help him with leg cramps . He plays football and gets leg cramps. I love the butter for my occasional muscle aches.Definitely recommend both!

I have been using this for a short while and recently got my husband to try it on the inside of our wrists at bedtime. We are both sleeping so much better.
Tip: apply at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
